A trip to Gerés

Hello guys!

Last week (unlike this week) was a fantastic weather for travelling. It was very warm, but not too hot and me and my boyfriend went to the North of Portugal to a National Park of Gerés. It was a beautiful trip in the mountains where you can meet wild horses just like that by the road and on the road. They were quite friendly, but needed to wait a bit to make them move away. We had a great swim in a river that is called Rio Homem that is right to the border with Spain. The river is situated right in the mountains and forms many warm lagoons - it was like in a movie :) I had prepared some nice pedicure for me the day before that I want to share with you. I used a simple pink color (don´t remember what brand) and put a white rose on the tip of the nail with some white dots. The result is very girlish and lovely. Enjoy!!!

Hey guys,

Lately I was ignoring my blog because of  the vacation and great weather that kept me outside of the house most of the time. Still one week to go and I hope it will be as pleasant as the previous one. This week I have done a fantastic trip along a Douro river that is famous for Porto wineries. I´ll put some photos in this entry. Absolutely a magic trip, because of two reasons - first is the panorama from the train itself was a marvel and second this romantic trip was made with my boyfriend. I had a simple french manicure on that day but with some cute pink ribbons. So, let me share with you with some photos:

Ready for the beach Mani part II

Hi everyone!

Hope you have been enjoying this busy week. As I had some vacation (and still will have for some more time), I was enjoying the beach, especially because the weather is absolutely fantastic here. Plenty of sun and very warm - not too much still. So, this  time I have prepared another mani for the beach that suits the same pink beach dress. As it has some dark blue flowers and butterflies on it the mani also had to have this color. I kept it very simple this time. Just decided to use the colors that are easy to use, fast to dry and "by accident" these polishes are one of  the favorite ones. I´ve enjoyed the beach with them, hope you will enjoy them here on my blog. Good weekend to everyone!

 

Ready for the beach Mani or "HAWAIANA"

Hey guys,

 Finally the windy weather has gone here and I can enjoy some days of a brilliant weather that is great for the beach. As my bikini is pink - it´s a logic conclusion to make a pink mani this time. This time I made a white base with a pink tip for the french nails. I also put some glitter on top of the pink part and finished everything with some black, pink and golden flowers. So, I am off to the beach and you enjoy my mani (if you can - enjoy your beach too and get tannnnnnned)!

Paris Memories nails

Hello everyone!!!

Last month I went to Paris for a weekend with my boyfriend. It was his present for my birthday and it was actually our first trip together to a foreign country. Yesterday I was looking through my nail polishes thinking what I can do this time and I saw a nail polish that is called `Paris Memories` and realized right away that I have to use it, especially because I haven´t used it for a loooong time. I used this nail polish (N 254) as a base color and finished as a french (of course) mani with Kiko (N267 Azzurro) because as a souvenir I brought myself a lovely scarf that I am going to use this coming Autumn and its color is very similar to this Azzurro Kiko nail polish. I hope you will like it. Well... I like it very much... Memories, memories, memories...

Bright mani for the summer and more

This summer is extremely rich with the bright colors and ideas. I´ve decided to check what colors are popular among the famous ones. It´s great season to experiment new products and new colors especially because the bright colors can just make the mood better and the day more positive. So, let´s do it bright and colorful together with the celebrities.

1) Summer like Yellow mani - Katy Perry

Yellow mani is very Summer type. It´s impossible not to notice this color. Probably if a girl wants to be noticed - then she´ll be definitely noticed. Blue and violet dresses will suit this color very well, but if you choose white dress then this color can be the only accessory. And why not with a small and classic black dress.
Chanel `Mimosa` or O.P.I. `Need Sunglasses` are great examples.

2) Orange color for the brave ones - Fergie

If you choose orange nail polish, then Summer is your favorite season. And you are definitely brave... and happy and an a big optimist. This color will suit to the dark and to the white clothes with bright shoes.

It´s all about oranges: Givenchy Acid Orange and O.P.I. A good mandarin is hard to find

 3) Wow Neon - Kelly Osbourne

Fluorescent lights are very cool every summer. Neon pink and flickering orange are very popular among stylish people as I can see. This make me think of them that they are very happy people who are surrounded by great things. To electric nails would suit marine retro style, blue colors, beige and white and of course tropical dresses.

 4) Green polish shades - Rihanna

 Balance with the Nature and balance with yourself - it´s a green color for me. Most of the people that I´ve seen using green colors aren´t crazy about style, but they are always stylish anyway. They are usually very charming and warm. I think the best are pastel-color dresses or very open dresses to show the skin.

Kiko nail polish - Fuchsia Microglitter

Hello beautiful people!!!

Sorry for being a bit out these days. Lot of things to do and finally there was a fantastic weather to go to the beach and to put some real bronze color on my skin. Also here in Portugal we are getting to the season of SALES, although now it seems like there are sales all the year through without a specific date and still Sales Sales Sales are everywhere. So, I had to go out and check the shops yesterday. So, I got a very beautiful Kiko nail polish N 247 that has a marvellous name `Fuchsia Microglitter`. The color is really great. I just saw it and bought it instantly. Here it is.
